The chefs providing services through the App are independent contractors and not direct employees of Chef Privé LLC. While we facilitate the connection between users and chefs, Chef Privé LLC does not directly employ the chefs.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

8. Governing Law: 

(a) Choice of Law. The laws of the state of Florida govern this agreement (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles). (b) Choice of Forum. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Miami Dade County, Florida. (c) Attorneys' Fees. If either party employs attorneys to enforce any rights arising out of or relating to this agreement, the losing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for its reasonable attorneys' fees.
